Minimum Service Charge & Billing
A minimum charge of one hour applies to all onsite appointments, even if the work is completed in less than an hour.
After the first hour, additional labour is billed in 30-minute increments.
We confirm the applicable service rates and any additional charges before your appointment, so you know what to expect.
No Fix. No Pay.
If we accept your troubleshooting job and cannot resolve the agreed problem, you pay nothing for the visit or labour.
Equipment and Additional Services
Any replacement equipment or additional work will be discussed and quoted separately before proceeding.
